He is survived by: his wife Pamela (Schonter); his sons, Thomas DeMuth Jr. (Michelle) and Anthony DeMuth; his sisters, Gwen Vollmer (Al) and Debbie Ahrens (Dave); his mother-in-law Carol Schonter; his sister-in-law Julie Mabry (Tim); his grandchildren, Madison, Isabelle and Anthony Jr.; and his nieces, Erin, Chelsey, Kacey and Abigail.
