He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward J. Zapiecki and Margaret Zapiecki; his wife Annette Zapiecki (Biernacki); and his daughter-in-law Karen B. Zapiecki. He is survived by: his children, Pamela Rucki (David) of Canal Fulton, OH and Thomas M. Zapiecki; his siblings, Mary Sue Kobil (Gerald) and Michael Zapiecki; his grandchildren, Catherine Rucki of Cincinnati, Elizabeth Rucki of Columbus, Christy Rahrig (Kevin) of Zanesville, OH, Alissa Zapiecki of Springfield, OH, Brian Zapiecki and Trevor Zapiecki; and his great grandchild Lauryn Rahrig.
In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Patrick of Heatherdowns are suggested.
