He was predeceased by: his brother Donald; and his parents, Harold Westgate and Marguerite Westgate. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his daughter Susan Bratton (Kevin); his grandsons, Andrew and Jonathon; his sister Joan Kilell; and his sister-in-law Jill Hollander (Jay Hollander).
