He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Taylor Guitteau and Anita Mae Reinhart; his uncles, Thomas Guitteau and Donald Reinhart; and his aunt Margaret Severin (Guitteau).
He is survived by: his wife Lynn Guitteau (Beckett); his sister Linda Judson (Dick); his children, Tim Guitteau (Vicky Petrouneas), Amy Cain (Chris), Dan Guitteau (Kelley), Alexandria Cree (William Randle), Nicholas Cree (Ei Ei Moe) and Eric Cree; his grandchildren, Merrina Guitteau, Mackenzie Riley (Jacob), Max Guitteau, Jack, Nick, Kiki Cain, Tess Kallus (Tanner), Sam Guitteau (Olivia), Jake Guitteau, Áine Randle, Gabriel Cree and Elyon Cree; his nieces, Rebecca Buckman and Julie Aponte (Jerry); his nephew Rick Judson (Melissa); his cousins, John Guitteau (Laura), Marcia McGee (Mike) and Barb Powers; his sister-in-law Debra Barrow (Craig); and his godchildren, Chris Barrow and Marcus Nicolaidis.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 9th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, January 10th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A rosary was held on Friday, January 9th 2026 from 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Walker Funeral Homes & Crematory - Toledo/Sylvania Township (5155 W Sylvania Ave, Toledo, OH 43623). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, January 10th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Christ the King Church (4100 Harvest Ln, Toledo, OH 43623).
The family suggests contributions to the University of Toledo Athletic Department or St. Francis de Sales School.
