He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Franklin and Frieda Franklin; his son Keith Franklin; and his brother Mickey Saba. He is survived by: his wife Jenny Franklin; his sisters, Janice Sawyer and Sue Morris; and his close friend Patrick D'Amato (Patricia).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (4150 W Laskey Rd, Toledo, OH 43623). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 5:30 PM at the same location.
