He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas H. Hall, and Shirley A. Hall, Sr. (Bates). He is survived by: his wife Ottum Marie (Hammond); his children, Debbie Sorosiak (Jerry), Tracy Spychalski, Milly Iwanicki (Jeff), Dixie Smarszcz, Eunice Agnew (Jeff), Leslie Smarszcz and Amy Morales (Brian); and his siblings, Bev Piper (Erich Whittaker), Charles Hall (Cathy McHugh) and Karen Miller (David).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio or Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses Northwood Congregation.
