He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Zanter and Anna Zanter (Kohl); and his daughter Tammy Zanter. He is survived by: his wife Nela; his daughter Tonya Walsh (Mike); his grandchildren, Myriah Madden, Brittnee Rowan and Autumn Rowan; his great grandchildren, Kyleigh, Madelyn, Declan and Cooper; and his siblings, Norman Zanter (Bernadine) and Debra Jacob.
Memorial contributions are requested to be made to Epiphany Lutheran Church or the Hickman Cancer Center at Flower Hospital.
