He is survived by: his wife Debra; his children, Taylor, Michelle, Adam and Elijah; and his grandchildren, Elijah Jr., Thomas and Synthia.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Newcomer West Sylvania (3655 King Rd, Toledo, OH 43617). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
