He was predeceased by: his mother Roberta Leverenz. He is survived by: his father Richard Leverenz; his sons, Patrick (Sara) and Matthew; his grandchildren, Jackson and Vada; his close friend Sharon Knuckles; and his siblings, Kathleen Emdad (Farzod), Nancy Creecy (Larry Moorehead), Sue Ann, Jean Wright, Barbara Stickels (Robert) and Jeffery (Pam). He is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews, and 16 great-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association or Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
