He is survived by: his sons, Timothy J. Rooks Jr. (Brandi), David A. Rooks and Brian D. Rooks (Jeannie); his grandchildren, Kayla, Nate, Zacharie, Logan, Devin, Madison, Ethan, Aiden, Christopher, Donovan and Mason; his great grandchildren, Cassia Jane, Oliver Rain Startzman and Logan Jay Yarberry; and his siblings, Robert A. Rooks, David W. Rooks (Sherry), Joseph Lee Rooks (Sue), Harold L. Rooks (Jill), Lewis Thomas Rooks (Angela), Jane M. Rooks and Cathy Crippen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (4150 W Laskey Rd, Toledo, OH 43623). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
