She is survived by: her parents, Linda D. Smith and Ervin L. Smith; her niece Damiyah Smith-Walker; her daughter Jasmin Jenkins; her grandmother Robbie Polk; and her siblings, Ervin "Pookie" Smith III, Deon Hopkins and Nia Tatum. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, surrogate siblings, and special friends.
