It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Twyla Lorrane Wheaton of Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on December 17, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmett L. Wheaton and Geneva Y. Wheaton; her siblings, Wendell Wheaton and Mary Wheaton; her niece Joya Wheaton; and her grandfather Attorney Wheaton.

She is survived by: her sister Charlotte Jo Wheaton; her half-sister Anna Bell Wheaton; her nieces and nephews, Gretchen Wheaton, Ryah Wheaton, Bridgett M. Wheaton, Anthony Wheaton (Marilyn), Emmett L. Wheaton III, Wendell L. Wheaton Jr. (Michelle), Terry and Harry Slaughter; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Courtney S. Wheaton, Teah Brandell, Avery Wheaton, Jaslynn Wheaton, Janyah Williams, Beyonce G. Taylor, Sabree Taylor, Brenton Wheaton (Randy), Jameel Thompson and Denzel Wheaton (Maria); and her cousins, Leslie Poellnitz (Bill), Gail Austin and Gee Gee Taite. She is also survived by family members, many friends.
