She was predeceased by: her mother Maeosie; and her siblings, T. J. Hayes (Katie Mae), Ethel Mae Hayes (Elmer), Juanita Hayes, Ora Bell Smith (Johnnie) and Carrie Jean Milton (Richard).
She is survived by: her siblings, Henry Hayes (Thelma) and Betty Hayes (Jack); and her children, Michael White (Jo-Lynn), Lucinda "Cindy" White, Kalvin White (April) and Karen Pittman. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; and twenty-three great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
