She was predeceased by: her parents, Odley Sterrett and Virginia Sterrett; her granddaughter Ashley Snyder; her son Steven; her brothers, Dave Sterret and Leonard; her stepson Josh Cable; her brother-in-law James Wolf; and her grandson-in-law Norman Griesinger.
She is survived by: her husband Edward Cable; her daughters, Nancy Schutt (Scott) and Krista Findlay (Rich); her siblings, William Sterret (Muriel) and Deborah Wolf; her grandchildren, April Griesinger, Brittany Veres (Bobby) and Richard Findlay (Brittany); and her great grandchildren, Mikayla, Lexi, Dylan, Beau, Jayce, Kash and Lylah.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks to make donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
