He was predeceased by: his parents, Janet Norris Williams and William E. Williams, II; his brother William; and his pets, Rosie and Kona.

He is survived by: his wife Carol Sargent; and his sons, Rowan and Evan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many cousins.

We also appreciate the support provided by the staff of Life Connections, who guided the family through the process of organ donation.
