He is survived by: his wife Lucy Campbell; his daughters, Laura Caddarette and Cindy Thomas; and his siblings, Russell Campbell (Tracy), Kenneth Campbell (Phyllis), Mary LeMaster (Leon), Jane Haynes (John), Ronald Campbell and Ruth Slagle (Rob).
