He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Lepper and Pearl Lepper. He is survived by: his wife Dolores "Laurie" Mann; his children, Cheryl Lajiness (Doug), Gary Lepper and Tami Wittmann (John); and his sister-in-law Beverly Neidig. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to Maumee Community Church, The American Heart Association, or The American Lung Association.
