He is survived by: his wife Michele; his children, Bill Jr. (Julie), Catherine Brennan and Beth Lay (Carl); his stepchildren, Laura Rinehart (Mike Martinez) and Dan Rinehart (Emy); his grandchildren, Tyler Lay, Austin Lay (Margaret), Kiara Lay, Jackson Moll, Emma Moll, Jeremiah Rinehart (Sarah Ricketts), Josiah Rinehart, Jolenah Rinehart, Isaiah Rinehart, Isabellah Rinehart, Daniel Rinehart, Emanuellah Rinehart and Elijah Rinehart; his sister Norma Brinkerhuff (Bill); his nephew Bill Brinkerhuff; and his sister-in-law Toni Trumbull (Bob).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (4752 Heatherdowns Blvd, Toledo, OH 43614). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 at 4:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Resurrection Cemetery (5725 Hill Ave, Toledo, OH 43615).
