He is survived by: his wife Barbara Rowan; his children, Kelly Haskins (Rick), Tammy Harwell and William J. Rowan (Dani); his grandchildren, Alisha Espitia (Nick), Amy Shade (Andy), Ashly Haskins (Jamie), Brook Foti (Jim), Ian Harwell (Stephanie), Paige Rowan and William Rowan; his siblings, Robert Rowan (Rose) and Jody Pershing (Buzz); his son-in-law Cliff Harwell; and his stepgreat-grandson Christopher Harwell. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; and two step-great-grandchildren.
