He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris Newton (Austin) and Henry Harper. He is survived by: his nephews, Isaiah Omar Austin and Stephen Lamar Austin; his cousin Reginald Warren; his children, Terrell Harmon (Sheena), Ciara Harper-Love, Paris Lamb (Jermaine), Phillip Harper and Camilya Thomas; his siblings, Jackie Ferguson, Harriet Harper (Phillip), Patricia Ellis (William), Karen Austin (John), Jenny Boyd (Larry), Velma Austin, Marilyn Fletcher, Ralph and Reginald Warren; and his friends, Jerry O'Neil and Theopolis "Scutt" McNeal (Marla Reese). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
