He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Paul, Nancy Buck, David, Kathy Zeller and Bonnie Buck; his brother Andrew W. Colter; and his close friend Charles "Trey" Quinn III.
He is survived by: his parents, William Zeller (Shannon) and Brianna Colter (Andrew); his siblings, Macie Zeller, Braden Zeller, Gabriel Colter, Justin Colter and Jordan Colter; his grandchildren, Joseph Buck (Lee), Debbie Heath, David, Sandra Matney, William and Patricia Colter; his godparents, Jeff and Cindy Lavender (Melissa Silva); and his pets, Roxy and Ben. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins and forever friends.
