He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Johnson and Inez Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Julia Contreras; his children, Stacy Paimli (Ernie), William "Kemp" Johnson (Brenda) and Audra Johnson; his grandchildren, Garry Mallory (Crystal), Will Mallory (Angel) and Penny Law (Morgan); and his siblings, Ted Johnson and Patricia Kiplin.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, February 6th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Fraternal Order of Eagle (2301 Detroit Ave, Maumee, OH 43560).
