He was predeceased by: his brothers, Tom and Jim Joseph. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Ferrel-Joseph; his daughter Rachelle Varnes (Mark); his grandchildren, Kristin Boraggina (Alex) and Sean Varnes; his great grandchildren, Rhett, Daxton and Sutton Boraggina; and his sister-in-law Carolyn Gretzinger. He is also survived by his family, his grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
