He is survived by: his daughters, Jill and Jenni Sujkowski; his grandsons, Jack and James Wenz; his sisters-in-law, Marcia Sujkowski and Nancy Skirvin; his nieces and nephews, Brian Sujkowski (Wendy), Mark Sujkowski, Kevin Sujkowski (Dawn), Nick Skirvin, Amy Lewis (JT) and Sara Reffit (DJ); and his cousins, Hilary and Amy Sujkowski. He is also survived by several extended family and numerous friends.
