He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Lynne Mazur; his close friend Bob Mazur; and his siblings, Patricia McCarthy and Daniel Doherty. He was also cherished by six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
In honor of Doug's roots, the family suggests that memorial donations be made to Central Catholic High School in Toledo, Ohio.
