She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Weigel and Mary Weigel (Mullett); her husband Arthur K. Simpson Jr.; her son Arthur Paul (Artie); and her siblings, Nelson, Richard Weigel, Mary Ann Szarowicz, Bernadette Sanders, Catherine Hart and Margie Hickey.
She is survived by: her children, David Simpson (Deanne), Mark Simpson (Thelma), Jeffrey Simpson (Donna) and Jeneen Mickelson (Patrick). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren and 9 great-great grandchildren.
