He is survived by: his wife Tamara Kim Balogac (Yost); his children, Stephen Balogac and Andrea Snyder (Matt Swartz); his granddaughter Mia Kay Balogac; his siblings, John Balogac (Marsha), David Balogac (Terri) and Phyllis White (John); and his pet Clyde.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Clarke Funeral Home (302 Main St, Toronto, OH 43964). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 8:00 PM at the same location.
