He was predeceased by: his parents, William M. Kulstad and Alberta Kulstad (Applen); and his sisters, Judy Turk and Laura Kulstad. He is survived by: his wife Susan Kulstad (Skrabak); and his children, Marlene Hebner (Greg), Michele Argyres (Mike), Nancy Davis (Michael), William Kulstad (Erin) and Sean Kulstad (Danielle). He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
