He was predeceased by: his wife Lois Hughes (Hayes); his parents, Clifford Hughes and Florence Hughes; and his siblings, Richard "Dick" Hughes and Janie Hughes.
He is survived by: his sons, Erik Hughes of Toronto and Dan Hughes (Leslie Hughes) of Stone Creek, OH; his grandsons, Brayden Hughes, Drew Kreinbihl and Maddox Kissinger; and his brother Jerry "Lurk" Hughes. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
