He was predeceased by : his parents, Andrew Kutchmark and Mary Kutchmark Osborne (Rozak); his siblings, Kay Keeder and David Kutchmark; and his aunt Pauline "Teta" Rozak.

He is survived by : his children, Tommy Willey (Caryn) and Brandi Flock (Chris); his caregivers, Ed and Penny Keeder of Toronto; his niece Kim Wagenhofer; and his great-niece Rebecca Kenefick of Toronto. He is also survived by four grandchildren; niece and nephew.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the J. E. Foster Funeral Homes (701 Findley St, Toronto, OH 43964). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
