He is survived by: his children, Elmer Artis Monigold, Jr. (Susan), James Edward Monigold (Heather) and Lisa Rennee Johnson; his grandchildren, Samantha Gregory, Taylor, Kelsey, Kaycee, Brandon Monigold, Kaylee Klaussner and Abigail Pennell; his siblings, William (Jesie), Randy Monigold, Janet and Karen Payne; and his stepchildren, Donna, Teresa Taylor and Robert Taylor (Rita Stewart).
