He was predeceased by: his parents, William Artis Monigold, Jr. and Mary Baker Monigold; and his brother Ricky Leroy Monigold. He is survived by: his children, Elmer Artis Monigold, Jr. (Susan), James Edward Monigold (Heather) and Lisa Rennee Johnson; his grandchildren, Samantha Gregory, Taylor, Kelsey, Kaycee, Brandon Monigold, Kaylee Klaussner and Abigail Pennell; his siblings, William (Jesie), Randy Monigold, Janet and Karen Payne; and his stepchildren, Donna, Teresa Taylor and Robert Taylor (Rita Stewart).
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Clarke Funeral Home (302 Main St, Toronto, OH 43964). A burial will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Center Chapel Cemetery (3708 Co Rd 45, Steubenville, OH 43952).
