She was predeceased by: her parents, Isaac Groves and Iva Dennis Groves; her husband Robert Mecannic; her son Harold Michael Mecannic; and her siblings, Eugene Groves, William Groves (Lou), Lucille Groves Haught and Debra Groves Salsberry.
She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Crawford (Todd) of Mingo Jct; her grandchildren, Robert Mecannic, Nick Mecannic of Florida, Tiffany Sappington (Tony) of Minnesota and Tyler Crawford (Lisa) of West Virginia; and her great grandchildren, Robert of Florida, Mason of Florida, Elizabeth of Florida and Lars Mecannic of Florida. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Foster Funeral Home - Toronto (701 Findley St, Toronto, OH 43964). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the same location.
