Janet leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Janet’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Janet will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Oris L. Blankenship and Mary Alice Blankenship (Barcus); her husband Michael Groman; and her siblings, Ruth Bell and Dale Blankenship.
She is survived by: her children, Donald Lucas (Brenda) of Toronto, Christie Kaniecki of Toronto, Mary Owens of Columbus, OH and Jennette Hughes (Brian) of Toronto; and her brother William'Bill' Blankenship (Cathy) of Toronto. She is also survived by six grandchildren.
