He is survived by: his wife Deborah Lynn; his children, Jeremiah Horkulic (Jamie Tharp), Joseph M. Horkulic, III and Jessica Horkulic; his sister Susan Long (Charles); his sister-in-law Rebecca; and his nephew Benjerman Horkulic.
