He is survived by: his children, Todd Merritt (Penny), Bruce Merritt, Vickie Scott, Shelli Jackson, Rhonda Howell (Bob), Helayna Merritt and Stacey Strawn; his daughter-in-law Cathy Merritt; and his brother-in-law John Bosela. He is also survived by 33 grandchildren; 38 great grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren.
