He was predeceased by: his parents, Warner M. Swickard and Naomi Swickard (Householder); and his brothers, Dwaine and Ronald Swickard. He is survived by: his children, Zach Frey (Terri Fittro) of Toronto and Heather Clark (Ty); his grandson Brantley Clark of Wintersville, OH; his siblings, John Swickard (Betty) of Stratton, OH and Lois Spence (Paul) of Toronto; and his pets, Homer and Loki.
