He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester C. Rowley and Lucille Rowley (Stilgenbaur); and his sister Barbara Myers. He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Star (Bob) of Wichita, KS, Leslie Empie (Don), Patricia Spohn of California, Howard Rowley (Diane) of Mingo Junction and Gregory Rowley of Mingo Junction; his siblings, Larry Rowley of Marietta, Sandy Rowley of Steubenville and Judy Shield of Florida; and his close friend Betty Stewart of Toronto. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
