Westlake (Pawelczyk) of Toronto; her son Tolman (Taylor Tsesmilles) of Salineville, OH; her siblings, Christine Flowers (James) and James Westlake (Kendra) of Toronto; her grandson Jayce Tsesmilles; her niece Christina Westlake; and her nephew Joseph Westlake of Toronto.
Memorial donations may be directed to the St. Joseph Catholic Church or the Jefferson County Humane Society.
