She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Urich and Mildred Mellott Urich; her husband Joseph Edward Jeep; her son John Edward Prosko; her brother Joseph Urich; and her sister-in-law Carolyn Diane Urich.
She is survived by: her sons, Joseph "Joey" Prosko and David "Davey" Prosko; and her sister Suellen Pilutti (Jim).
