He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Billingsley and Myrtle Billingsley (Francis). He is survived by: his wife Michele A. Billingsley (Pettengill); his children, Sherman G. Billingsley, II (Lisa) of Toronto, Dennis A. Billingsley of Ravenna, OH and Alicia Anderson (Paul) of Bloomingdale, OH; and his brother William Billingsley (Debbie) of Follansbee, WV. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
