He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Petras and Mary Petras (Herrick); his son David Petras; and his siblings, Carl and Cecilia Petras.
He is survived by: his daughters, Donna Petras of Bedford, PA and Dayna Petras of Winter Garden, FL; and his brother Michael Petras (Linda) of Calcutta, OH. He is also survived by five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
