He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lee and Zonetta Terrell (Gibbs); his siblings, Butch Terrell (Marie), David Terrell and Glenda Terrell; his siblings-in-law, Barbara Terrell and Vernon "Nane" Maloney; his great grandchild Karder; his nephew Kevin Terrell; and his great-nephew Brian French.
He is survived by: his children, Chad Terrell (Stacy), Nicole Terrell and Michael Terrell; his grandchildren, Kahlii (Jordan), Trey, Sydney, Charleigh, Julia and Tia; and his siblings, Brenda F. Maloney and Jack E. Terrell. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and many friends.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Woodside Cemetery (1401 Woodside Blvd, Middletown, OH 45044).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
