It is with great sadness that we announce the death of ChiChi S. Banks of Trenton, Ohio, born in Edgewood, Maryland, who passed away on August 15, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, James Waters and Hazel Waters (Lee); her husband Thomas C. Banks; and her sister Christine Waters. She is survived by : her son Brian Banks; her granddaughter Courtney Truster (Matthew); and her great grandchildren, Madilyn and Lakelyn. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
