He was predeceased by: his parents, Brownlow Lewis and Sadie Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Faye Lewis; his children, Laura Lewis, Lesley McBride and Robert Lewis; his stepchildren, Ken Hacker (Belinda), Susan Livelsburger (Scott), Debbie Baldwin (Bob), Tim Hacker (Angela) and Mary Nelson (Tony); his grandchildren, McKenzie Moritz (Jared), McKayla McBride, Raven, Kori, Scyler, Chelsea, Kayla, Quentin, Robbie, Jonathan, Brandon, Matthew and Shelby; his sister Linda Livingston (Bob); and his close friends, Larry Dale Norris of Richard Ecke, R. L, McKinney and Bud Akers. He is also survived by his 6 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Dowell and Martin Funeral Home (365 W Main St, Mt Vernon, KY 40456).
