Hunter Van Wallace Skaggs Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 11, 2025, at the age of 99, Hunter Van Wallace Skaggs of Trenton, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph R. Skaggs and Nellie Skaggs; his wife Bessie Ann Skaggs; and his siblings, Veda Sydner, Leona Skaggs and Drean Skaggs.
He is survived by: his children, Anna Grindle and Mike Skaggs (LuAnn); his grandchildren, Clancey, Brandon and Jason; and his great grandchildren, Carson, Carter, Kenedi, Noah, Sadie and Finley. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Hunter's name to the Mt. Olivet Presbyterian Church, 509 West State Street, Trenton, Ohio 45067.
