She was predeceased by: her parents, Leburn Allen and Nazzie Allen (Parks); her husband Belvin James Collins; and her siblings, Lunah J. Allen Elam, Lula Allen, Alice Allen Landsaw, Georgie Allen Case, Grover C. Allen, Edward Allen and Gary Elam.
She is survived by: her sons, Billy Collins (Ruth), Belvin Collins Jr., Randall Collins (Regina) and Joel Collins (Melissa); her sister Mary Jett (Robert); her grandchildren, Tabitha (Ryan), Jeremy, Jennifer (Jeff), Jessica, Jeremiah (Tessa) of Kayla, CJ, Mya (Jacob), Autumn and Alexia; and her great grandchildren, Sydni, Gracy, Chelsey, Addison, Mason, Colton, Maddie, Christopher, Aiden, Brooklyn, Calvary, Cameron and Ellie. She is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home (3805 Roosevelt Blvd, Middletown, OH 45044). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
