He was predeceased by: his parents, Purl Osborne and Marie Osborne (Sizemore); his daughters, Michelle Gentry and Tina Conley; his sister Marilyn Osborne-Bach; and his brothers-in-law, Ron Bach and Tom Prater.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda S. Osborne (Clark); his children, Angie Osborne, Steven Poff (Michelle), Melissa Pennington (Kenny) and Michael Poff (Angie); his siblings, Carol Prater, David Osborne (Sue) and Don Osborne (Debbie); his brother-in-law Greg Clark (Judi); and his grandchildren, Lashea Webb, Brittany Poff, Dany Azwol, Jordan Damrell, Travis Tompkins, Cody Conley, Natalee Tompkins, Austin Rice, Amanda McGeorge, Brandon Poff, Rachel Draut, Zachary Poff, Ryan Decker and Hannah Harbaum. He is also survived by 19 great grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family & friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home (3805 Roosevelt Blvd, Middletown, OH 45044). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
