He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Joan and Martha Joan (Farquer). He is survived by : his wife Sandy Simpkins (Hacker); his sons, Brian Simpkins (Kristen) and Chris Simpkins (Leeann); his grandchildren, Layla, Evie, Addison and Charley; and his brother Larry Simpkins.
