She is survived by: her husband Tom Collins; her son Chuck Sams (Tioni Adkins); her stepdaughters, Judith Vaught and Marvene Chilcote; her grandchildren, Brandon Sams (Katelyn), Larry Hashman (Tammy), Shelley Howery (Deron), Garry Hashman (Brandy), Sherrie Wrenn (James), Bobbie Hashman (Angela), Alberta Royal, Vicki Barron, Jason, Albert and Johnny Chilcote; her brother Steve Hill; and her siblings-in-law, Becky Hill and John Collins. She is also survived by several great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
