She is survived by: her husband Ken Simmons; her children, Anissa Roeper (Jason), Kelly Simmons (Chris Domonkos) and Kenneth Simmons, Jr. (Helen); her grandchildren, Aiden Roeper, Emma Simmons, Ethan Domonkos and Gavin Domonkos; and her sisters, Josephine Kolach (Ron) and Geraldine Kopcak. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
